JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Kokkok Solution.The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our E-wallet product to potential merchants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and play a key role in its success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify potential merchants and develop a sales strategy to target them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their needs and
  • providing solutions to meet them.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential merchants.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with merchants.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Result-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a customer call support representative to join our e-wallet company’s customer support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance with e-wallet transactions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able tomultitask, and handle customers inquiries with ease.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance with e-wallet transactions.
  • Provide customers with accurate and relevant information about e-wallet features, transaction procedures, and security policies.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues related to e-wallet transactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or manager.
  • Record customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the company’s CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers on their inquiries and complaints to ensure they are satisfied with the resolution provided.
  • Recommend e-wallet features and services that meet the customer’s needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environment, preferably in the
    financial industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with ease.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Knowledge of financial transaction procedures and security policies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
